Yes, many of our products are handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. We focus on authentic materials, traditional techniques, and ethical sourcing to celebrate India’s rich design heritage.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on the product and location. Ready-to-ship items usually arrive sooner, while made-to-order pieces take longer. Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order, but as a general estimate, most orders are delivered within 7 business days.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund , no questions asked :)
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible for any changes.
